text early hours of the morning saying removed data from sim card
this morning at 2am my phone went off and it was a warning on my phone telling me that virgin had removed data from my sim card it is a new purple sim that i have had for about 6 months now and been working fine pay as you go but i buy a roll over jam pack each month
i have plenty of data left on my account
so i turn data on and it said not available so then put wifi on then turned wifi off and tried the data again and it worked fine
just wondered if anyone else has had this happen to them

Ah OK thanks for the update. Didn't see that bit. Apologies. A mast issue, would not change your allowances, however it may be that if you have multiple pots of data stored such as Rollover and then your Monthly allowance. It may be that the message was triggered that one of these pots have ended. If you would like me to have a look at your account for sure I can send you a PM.
