switching SIMs before end of contract

Hi I have cancelled my oomph broadband and SIM contract and it is due to end in 30 days. I was wondering if I can switch my current number to my new SIM card before the end of the contract and how to do this so I definitely keep my old number as last time I switched providers they told me I couldn't transfer the old number?

Hi daisy265, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

We're unable to transfer your number to another SIM on our network sorry.  If you're leaving us and wish to retain your number, I would recommend getting a PAC.  You can do this by calling 789 from your mobile or 0345 600 0789 from any other network.
