so i got my new sim as virgin is changing them for reasons.
Switched it over and now i have no mobile internet - its been about half an hour.
I was supposed to get a text or enter a code but thats not happened.
anyone know how long this is supposed to take?
there is nothing in the apn settings

it would have been nice if virgin put it in the letter or even easy to find on their website
I have same issue due to new sim.
I found APN on my phone however it says access point name settings are not available for this user.
When I click on plus sign it's looking for information to be added. How/where do I get the information I need to set this up.
I sent a text to virgin for code yesterday but not heard anything.
Does anyone know where I can get APN details/code, so I can get my data working

Thanks for giving me the info, it worked.
I didn't know where to find the sticky, that's why I asked for info.
Can finally access mobile data.
Think virgin should put that info on their website. I'm sure we aren't the only ones with that problem.
