I am still awaiting my oomph sim after two weeks and I'm getting fed up with waiting on hold for nearly an hour. Surely its not just me? Hopefully someone from virgin media might see this and actually help!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting so long for your new Oomph SIM to arrive. How did you place your order for your Oomph package?

Sorry for the delay in replying this message went in to spam. I still haven't received my sim now after about 3 weeks and it was all arranged over the telephone.
