sim

I have had the new purple sim and it's ok, but my wife hasn't had any message re new sim, or the actual sim, and her mobile now says it hasn't been out it. We don't do text, and the Virgin contact message board hasn't replied after 5 hours. Anyone help an old codger?

Just we understand this, Your Wife has not had any information about a possible replacement sim?

Can you wife still use her phone as normal?

No info received  can't use phone. But I have written to Virgin asking them kto sort it. They will only have received that today .
