My old sim expired recently and I received a new one along with my new monthly payment plan for my basic original pay as you go artphone.
Neither sims work and both display INVALID SIM both my original artphone and a new artphone replacement.
I can make no contact obviously so find my self here......

I'm really sorry that your SIM is showing as invalid, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you, we've been busier than usual.
It sounds like the SIM might not be active or could be faulty.
I want to have a look and see what's going on so I'll pop you a personal message and we can take a closer look from there.
