i had replacement sim sent to me today and had to ring up active the sim but i am still getting sim1 not provisioned on my phone any help please 4 days without service. ?

I am sorry to hear the SIM is still not working, can appreciate this must be frustrating.
Have you tried putting this in a different handset to see if the issue persisits?
