This seems to be a widespread problem. I have a 15 year old nokia. The new sim sent by virgin brings up a "Sim not Valid" error. Also the unlocking form does not work on my (old) mac computer and I am being prevented from making a formal complaint - I do not know my username and do not appear to have any paper or email bills. Phone line is showing a 45 minute wait and all of virgins shops have closed. Frankly I am not impressed. Also the time limit will be running out shortly so I feel like I have no choice but to get new phone - needless to say I will not be going anywhere near Virgin.
