sim not arrived yet

hi I ordered a sim on the 23rd of July and it said that it will arrive within 3/5workong days its almost been 2 weeks and still hasnt arrived and the billing has arlesdy started aswell

If you have not received it by tomorrow evening please can you let me know? As this would class as the 6th working day since you ordered this, then I will be able to look into this further.
