sim network unlock pin

Hi virgin mobile sent me a new sim card telling me i needed to replace my old one. I inserted the new sim into my phone and it worked fine for the one day  then it I lost service and have not had any service for the last 3 days. The phone is showing sim network unlock pin I have tried contacting virgin mobile through every available method with no success can someone help please.
