sim cards never delivered

sims cards never delivered, unable to contact virgin during lock down (phones not manned), used their text service sent 31 text and no resolution, resorted to online messenger wasted 4 hrs of useless questions, eventually resorted to cancelling order using royal mail and stopped bank payment, getting requests for payment now for goods nor supplied, shocking service

hi Emily,
thank you for replying, what i would like is your automated billing to stop sending me emails asking for money and perhaps a refund of the £12 taken from my account for goods not received.

hi Emily,
No thanks its been over three months, i have gone elsewhere, it seems impossible to speak to anyone directly, all i want is a direct form of contact to stop the e mails,

If this is the case we'd need to put through a cancellation which needs to be done over the phone on 789/0345 600 0789 or over text on +44753 305 1809.

well it did not worry me until they started taking money for them, i have given up and cancelled the Direct debit but still get the odd e mail asking for money. if its been a while cancel your DD, good luck trying to speak with someone
