sim activation

Hi All,

I have requested my number be ported from Sky, according to my Mobile Account it has been done.

Unfortunately I am not receiving any calls, they go straight to voicemail without ringing,I can make calls out.

Any help appreciated

Hi al2955, thanks for contacting us and we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the activation. When you insert the sim are you getting the message "sim not provisioned"  ?! Can you do a network search to see if anything changes? Chris
