I have tried to sign into my Virgin account without success. There does not seem to be any way to find my account number without the original paperwork - I signed up over 15 years ago and the paperwork has long gone!
I pay monthly by DD for any calls etc so I've had no need to contact Virgin until now.
I have recently received texts from Virgin to say I need a new sim card. They tell me they have sent one but I haven't received one. Probably because my original address hasn't been updated to my new address.
I cannot change my address without logging into my account.
I cannot log on without my account number!
Therefore I am going around in circles!!!!
The texts from Virgin say me account will be terminated in 2 weeks if I do not insert their new sim card!
Please advise me of a solution!
