signal cuts off,

mobile signal keeps cutting off, virgin have not curred issue for the past year, basically they are bloody useless

If it is a signal problem it is out of Virgin's hands as they use either EE or Vodafone for signal and have no control over those issues.

I'm very sorry to hear you're experiencing signal issues, I appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconveneince caused. 

 

Do you find you encounter signal issues just in your home? Or does this happen everywhere you go?
