samsung mobile J3

Can anyone help please, my Samsung mobile ordered in January worked fine while on holiday abroad  , but a few weeks ago I realised I can not connect to home wifi keeps asking for ca certificate. Other Samsung products working fine so must be a  setting on the new phone , Any one know what I need to do.

I'm very sorry to hear that your phone won't connect to your home WiFi since returning from holiday. 

Please can you back up the data and files on your phone and then factory reset your handset to see if this fixes the problem?
