ok frustrated lol just received my new sim card fitted it and phone saying not provisioned. I have no way of contacting virgin as the phone has no service. I do have internet but getting nothing useful.
can anybody help please.
ps only fitted it 4 hours ago have I waited long enough ?

Is this new Sim card a replacement? If so you will need to ring cs of old Sim to activate new one, if you've not got old Sim you will still need to contact cs to activate new Sim card unless it was sent out pre activated which should work straight away.
