I have been sent a replacement sim. When I installed it I got a message saying "invalid sim". My phone has now been dis-connected. What happens next?

I'm really sorry for the issue you're having with the new SIM as well as for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
If the SIM is showing as invalid then it's most likely the SIM is not compatible with the phone.
Can I ask the make and model of the phone you're using?
We will have a solution for you, we'll just need to know a bit more.
