Can anyone help.
I have no data on my mobile for months,iv'e tried everything,different phone , factory reset, APN etc etc, How do i get a replacement sim as the one i have is a dud,
Also tried ringing customer service but no one answers

Yes got a replacement sim but it didn't work.
Eventually got through by phone on the Virgin help line and they said it was an issue their end which they rectified.
Offered me a £10 credit for 7 months loss of data,
