registering mobile account

I am trying to set up registration for my mobile account

it asks me to answer a security question - which I do not know answer so( as I never set anything up!)

it then directs me to call 789 number for help. I have called several times and tried ever available option on the recorded message all of which just say it will send a link to my phone, which then doesn't work or I'm back in the same place I started. wth is going on with the customer service  - nothing!!! is working . I'm so frustrated going round in circles. I just want to cancel the contract . I'm done!! but you can't even do this -arrrgggghhhhhhhhhh

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

 

My apologies for the delayed reply and also the mobile online account registration issue. Have you managed to register since posting? The security answer is often the same answer as the one you'd give if calling us, does that help?
