new sim back in March now no service cant connect to any network and keeps saying refreshing sim data

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the SIM at the moment.
If you haven't already, could you reboot your phone please?
Has the service worked okay up until now for you?

have done all the reboots still nothing have also tried sim in a different phone new sim only worked for a few weeks
