recently moved to Virgin Mobile and can't receive calls and texts from EE
I was on EE and recently moved to Virgin, since porting my number I am unable to receive calls or texts from the EE network, quite a few friends were interested in the deal I got from Virgin but are reluctant to move networks because of this Issue.
Looking through the forums this seems to be a common problem which I'm surprised Virgin haven't rectified.
I would be very grateful for any help or advise because a lot of my family are with EE and are unable to call or text me, thanks goodness for WhatsApp.
