re you message 5 th Oct re password from Emma

Re your  message  6 th Oct regarding unable to register/ log in to my account this is still a problem  i have checked virgin confirmation e mail of my details on the 7 th Aug where you confirm my a/c number as [Removed] ( only 8 digits should be 9) and my mobile number as [Removed] but my number is [Removed] !!!!!

Can I ask if you ported your number in? Also what error messages are you receiving when you have tried to register your account?
