I got an o2 sim as part of my Virgin Media broadband package when I signed up but it didn't arrive. I'm paying monthly for it but I don't have it - how do I get a new one sent to me please?

Sorry to hear you have not received your O2 sim. This is not the level of service w look to provide and we want to best help. Are you able to let me know when you placed the order? Did you get any correspondence from O2 at all? If so when last did you get an update?

Hi, it was all the way back in November 2022, I was moving house and job and got the sim as part of my package. I never received it, forgot about it, and have been paying for it monthly since. But I will switch to O2 now if I get a new one sent out.
