I have a virgin sim only contract. Sim was used on iphone 6a initially. The virgin mobile app always gave error. Nothing could make it work.
Now its in new iphone se 2020. And still same error.
Yes, the data connection is fine, wifi off. Reboot, reinstall of app done. Still no joy.
The virgin mobilecmobile service is non existent. Covid started in March. Now its August. So excuse from is not working for me.
I hope someone from virgin picks this up.
