"Phone lost or stolen" link does not work and I need a replacement sim

I lost my phone, did everything that is needed but I'm trying to order a new sim card and the "Phone lost or stolen" link is broken and goes to "

Sorry, we can't find the 
page you're looking for!"

Has not worked for some time. 

Either the text service on 07533016422

Or 0345 6000 789 from any phone.
