"Parked" orders on Mobile Account

I have placed an order on the 6/9/20 which has been "parked", and received an email saying customer service will be in touch to discuss this order and to wait for contact, now i understand we are in strange times and CS staff might be lower than usual but how long do i wait for contact from Virgin, i am hoping to complete this order and get the contract started and receive the deal offered.

I'm sorry that you're still waiting on an update from us with regards to your Mobile order. There are different reasons as to why an order is parked but I can certainly take a look at the order for you. I'll send you a Private Message so I can grab some details and we can go from there.
