Hi,
I don't know what has happened. I requested my pac code a couple of days ago and I have a new contract with another provider, however, I did not provide my exisiting phone number nor pac code so I know that's not an issue.
I've logged into my account and my contract is still showing for the 26th Feb. I made a call this morning on my phone but after looking a couple of hours ago, I've been unable to make calls and I've restarted my phoned, taken the SIM card out and placed it back in....
Is the network down?
