"No SIM Card - emergency calls only"

Hi,

I don't know what has happened. I requested my pac code a couple of days ago and I have a new contract with another provider, however, I did not provide my exisiting phone number nor pac code so I know that's not an issue.

I've logged into my account and my contract is still showing for the 26th Feb. I made a call this morning on my phone but after looking a couple of hours ago, I've been unable to make calls and I've restarted my phoned, taken the SIM card out and placed it back in....

Is the network down?

Thanks,

Jas

Hi, no problem in my area and I've tried the SIM on another phone and it's the same issue.

The SIM card is 100% fine, it worked this morning...

Thanks
