proof of barring

  • I currently got my phone stolen and the insurance company is not accepting my claim until i get a proof of barring which is issued by network providers. i contacted virgin and they told me they don’t provide one. another advisor  even sent me a fake one which was rejected too. some advisors were even rude. i agree you don’t provide the document but you could give me a refusal document which i requested but i was told you don’t provide that either. My question is my whole family (5 people) we all use virgin media and all our phones are in insurance if anything happens to our phones in future we cannot claim them so what are the reasons why i should stay with virgin?
