port old number to new sim and then swap new number to old sim

~I have new virgin phone and new 5g contract i want to keep my 4g contract in my old phone - I just want to port my old number to my new phone and port the new number to my old sim - or do i get a new sim for my old 4g phone/contract - I will also use this 4g sim in my Surface tablet 🙂

Porting only works for moving your phone number from one mobile company/provider to another, unfortunately it cannot be used internally within the same company. We encourage our customer to please ensure that by logging into your online account virg.in/youraccvirg.in/youracc and properly selecting your number before choosing new offers ensures you have the right offer for the right number. Otherwise the only alternative option would be to transfer the number you want to keep out to another provider and then port it back on top of the SIM number that has the offer you want.
