hi,
I placed an order for one of the black friday virgin mobile deals. Received an email saying they had a few checks to do, and they'd be in touch. It's been almost 3 whole days now, and not a whisper.
Anyone able to help? I'm a bit shocked customer relations are this bad, at the selling end of the sales funnel. Normally they at least get you signed up before withdrawing communication.
