hi i put a request in for a mobile phone repair and got a ref no 11843448 but how long before i get the return packaging as it has been a week now ??

It was requested 21/05/2022  10.45am so this is why i was expecting it by now .I know my postman has a limp but hes not that slow

i did it on the virgin repair site 

job number 1184348

booking type -repair

manufacturer -samsung s21  5G

primary fault   -CA-005 primary microphone faulty

returns packaging will be sent to you within 3-5 working days ,please remove sim cards,sd cards batteries and charge leads and package phone as instructions on packaging sent

Might have a lucky escape. Virgin repair service have a terrible reputation. 

Samsung is a better bet and quicker
