phone contract

I applied for a phone contract last Friday and received the email stating my orders being processed and has to do certain checks etc, but now i’ve heard nothing back. I’ve tried ringing several times but i’m on hold for over 40 minutes, i’m taking into account the current situation with covid19 but just want to know if i’ve been accepted, if not any other options I could go for.

i am having the same problem i have not had a call or email about a credit check had the email about when the contract phone would be out then another one about credit check but nothing has been done

I have had the same problem waiting for the credit check virgin media sent me an email aboit delivery after the credit check heard nothing since this was 2 or 3 days ago
