Original order was 31st March. After having not heard for almost 3 weeks, I managed to finally get through to someone who said my order was cancelled the same day I made it (I was totally unaware and still couldn't log into my account). They said it was due to mis-information, but she was very helpful and re-ordered whilst I was on the telephone. All good - or so I thought. Then, radio silence again.
That was about 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for ANY email communication, even if it's to say my order has been declined! Still cannot log onto my account. For the 2nd month in a row my sim will charge me again (it was a sim to device upgrade) and I have no device to use the sim in, or no way to cancel the sim contract (ended end of March) entirely.
I am a key-worker so I cannot call during normal hours, I'm honestly so fed up now. I'm being charged for a service I'm unable to use and still cannot access my account!! What's worse is there are two contracts on the one account, and I need to access the other one!!!! Angry doesn't even cover it.
I thought I would come back to inform most of you on here this service is worthless. Your order will be parked no matter what and an Indian call centre will most likely call you to tell you that your application has been successful ,but yet, you are not good enough to get the handset you wanted. In order to do this they will ask you to consider a pay as you go service or sim only contract to not only up their sales, but to also help you climb the ladder to a better contract (or so they say). Avoid like the plague and stick to other mobile providers who will not give you this stupid run around. I now have the phone I wanted off another better provider.
