parked order waiting for back office

Hello , ordered a new contract on sat 23rd, gave my pac code and all bank details , everrgong looked good and then I waited.

It wasn't till this morning that I logged on to see my order status as parked ??? . I'm expecting the phone tomorrow but it doesn't look good, tried ringing customer services but was told the back office team will be in touch within 48 hours from now. All I want is a phone , they couldn't tell me why because they didn't know , not a good start to my virgin mobile life. I have vm broadband so they know who I am, I'm just confused.

Sorted ,status just changed to confirmed , no call just changed

We appreciate you also updating us to let us know this has now changed, orders can be parked for a number of reasons, fraud, identity checks or just to allow a little longer to process the order.
