I ordered a contract as a new customer one week ago, but have since not heard anything. My order has not been confirmed, i have not received a tracking number for my device, and I can not log into the account I made when i signed up for the contract. It seems pretty impossible to contact anyone online about this, and I do not have a phone currently so can't call.
