oomph sim card

on 27th October i ordered oomph 500mb broadband only witch included a sim card.

i still not received my sim card and meant to be transferring my number to it but cant cus still a'int come.

i tried to contact support they cant help cus they say my password wrong when its correct, not only that i cant login to virgin mobile side of the site all the passwords i wud normally used don't work, if i try to do a password recovery just says there's been a problem and if i try to register it says email address is already been used.

at this rate im gonna end up not only paying virgin for a sim i aint got but another month on my old contract

something gone wrong some were and need help

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

I'm really sorry you're having some issues with the SIM and speaking to our tam, I can assure you it's not the level of service we aim to provide. 

 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
