old contract

I have just paid my last payment on my old contract. I now have a new number and contract with Virgin. Do I need to call 789 to cancel my old number or will it finish in 1 month?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community ands welcome. when you took out the new contract did you cancel the old account or have you just upgraded the contract?
