I entered into a contract for the top package: Volt Gig1 Broadband which included: 2 TV boxes, sky sports HD, Cinema, Netflix and the volt benefits which included a sim card. I entered this in November 2022, although as the house was getting renovated, I made it clear the installation wouldn't happen until 2023. I was told that was fine and the sim card wouldn't be actioned and I should call up once services were installed to process the o2 sim card.
Virgin media services were installed earlier this month (Sept 23) and the installer said the Sim should come through. After 2 weeks of no sim, I called up Virgin although as the original contract was sent through for TV, phone (land line) and broadband, they checked the notes and couldn't find anything with the o2 sim. I suggested they listen to the voice calls as I purchased the full package at the time, which included a £25 o2 sim card.
Given the price i'm paying per month and as my contract states 'Vol Gig1 Fibre Broadband', it's obvious a sim card should be included (you can compare to current full package and look online for historic packages), although i'm getting passed from Virgin to o2 (who can't find me as they've not been given any action by Virgin).
Please can someone help as i'm not getting anywhere with customer services.
