i have just got a new contract for samsung s10, i ordered on friday and received today, but i did not receive a sim card, my question is how long does it usually take to receive a sim card?

Can you confirm whether you upgraded an existing contract or taken out a brand new contract with us?
If it's an upgrade you should be able to use your previous sim in your new handset.
I appreciate it's been a couple of days since your post, if you still haven't managed to get this resolved let me know and I can send you a replacement sim card 🙂
