not received new sim

I have received numerous messages about changing my current Sim card? Or my services will be suspended?

I have not received a new Sim card, and can not contact help line via the call centre.

Could you please help as i am being warned that my services will soon cease unless i replace the SIM

Hi trotterbolton,

 

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. This is correct as we have made changes to our network a few years ago which required SIM changes. If you have already changed or received a replacement SIM at that time, 2017, then you do not need to change. However if not then you are required to update your SIM. 

 

I will send you a PM shortly to get your information updated and send a new SIM.
