My dad has been receiving texts on his virgin phone saying that his phone won't work in 8 days as he needs to insert the new sim card, however he hasn't actually received one. I called customer service for him and was cut off after over an hour on hold. I then tried the messenger service that you offer by text and it ended up saying it couldn't help and to please call. So I have just tried to call twice and it ends with being asked if I want to be sent a link and then just hangs up on me. Please can you tell me how I can actually speak to someone, I just want a new sim card sent out to my dad. He doesn't have interent access so I'm trying to sort all this out for him so that he doesn't lose his phone. Thanks
