Both my and my son (both virgin media mobiles) are having trouble dialing my mum on her virgin home phone.
Sometimes it rings at hers but we hear nothing...and she hears nothing if she answers...it is ringing at her house. Other times we get totally random answers, yesterday a doctor's surgery...today Harlow Council! Our phones say they have dialed correctly. Other times it is ok. This has been happening for about a week now.
She is 82 and is worried people may not be able to get hold of her.
