I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your SIM, was the handset purchased from us? Are you able to try it in a different device?

yep tried it in an old phone , message was inactive sim

Have you tried in a different phone?Did you upgrade your phone? Did you lose it or was it broken? Was the SIM new also?

I lost my phone a week ago . asked for a new sim , arrived wednesday, put it in a brand new alcatel 1, no success message ( not configrured for voice) then put it in an old sony also inactve sim.
