Not sure if you've tried to manually connect to another network and back to vm.
Below is the way to do this on Android phones, will be slightly different for iPhones.
Go into settings, connections, mobile networks and select network operators
Then select manually, and wait until the screen changes with a list of networks.
Select one of them, not virgin, and try to connect. It will fail as the SIM card isn't for that network. Then do the same procedure selecting virgin. If it then registers you might be fixed. If not, then the SIM card isn't provisioned at virgins end.
Hello, I'm having issues with network signal. I've keeps dropping out. I tried swapping my SIM card into my son's phone and had the same issues. Also he is having the same issues which suggest it's not my SIM or my phone that's problematic.
Not sure if it's related but I keep getting the answerphone symbol show on the phone. However when I try to retrieve the message there are no messages.
