I changed my tarrif two months ago but i am still being charged for it, in fact i am being charged more!!!! I have not used my phone sim for three months now due to moving to taiwan for 6 months.
I have emailed virgin mobile three times with only one reply to the initial email. I have requested an account cancellation and i have deleted my direct debit in protest. Appalling service!
I have also phone virgin three times. first two times i was on hold for an hour... i was connected to an advisor who said " hello" then hung up.. thanks for wasting my time and skype credit!!
I have had no email from virgin about my specific issue, only a generic email.
Can anyone help?
This kept happening to me too, with the phone being hung up after waiting an age. They're absolutely terrible.
Hopefully the forum team will be able to help you on here - they came through for me recently.
