new sim not working

when inserting the new sim i was sent. the message invalid sim card comes up.also network locked simcard inserted.when i put my old sim back in all is good.the phone is a samsung s6 which was previously locked to ee.but had it unlocked and been using it with my  virgin sim for over a year.amy help appreciated

HI davedoberman, thanks for contacting us. I am sorry to hear that the sim card is not working and this is not the experience we want you to have with us. It does seem that the new sim has not been activated, can you confirm if you have managed to get this activated and resolved? As I said in my previous post when the new SIM is put in to my phone it says invalid SIM card and network locked SIM card inserted. When I put my old virgin SIM back in all is ok.so the new SIM card is not activated as it won't let me.
