new sim not received

I ordered a new sim (pay monthly plan - order number - 100001133917456) on 3 August 2020 and promised to received in 3 days. But even after 10 days I did not received the sim.

However, I noticed that I have been sent the first bill with charges from 3 August 2020. How could I received a bill if I did not even receive the sim/service? I also tried calling customer service but could not go through not even through chat service. If this is service from Virgin mobile, I would like to cancel my order as it is impossible to reach for any customer service.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry to hear that your new SIM has not arrived, this isn't good. 


When you place an order we send the SIM right away, this allows you to use the allowances in full and we will bill you within the first few days. 

If it's still not arrived then I can certainly send you another one if you'd like or we can continue with the cancellation.
