I ordered a new sim (pay monthly plan - order number - 100001133917456) on 3 August 2020 and promised to received in 3 days. But even after 10 days I did not received the sim.
However, I noticed that I have been sent the first bill with charges from 3 August 2020. How could I received a bill if I did not even receive the sim/service? I also tried calling customer service but could not go through not even through chat service. If this is service from Virgin mobile, I would like to cancel my order as it is impossible to reach for any customer service.
