new sim not arrived

I got a text saying a replacement sim card would be arriving and I should put it in my phone as soon as it arrives, for some reason its not arrived. I tried contacting by phone which was a pain i managed to get through after 45 minutes and spoke to an advisor. He couldnt verify me for security reasons. I still have not got my new sim. can someone get me some answers.
