new sim not activated for voice

Hi I have recieved a new sim card, the third, and I still have no service. It's been over a week now. My latest sim says it is not activated for voice. I can't send or recieve calls ir texts. Anyone?

Thanks for your post. Really sorry for the delay in response, we have been very busy and doing all we can to get to each community post ASAP 

 

Have you since been able to get the SIM working for calls or are you still having these issues today?

thanks for your reply. I'm sorry to say that I have now left Virgin mobile.
