Posted this on monday...... my phone still isn't working after nearly a week, I can text and make calls, but no internet.......... tried APN settings. and still nothing!
How come this 'ALL' text message doesn't work either........ reading the amount of people who haven't had a reply from it, surely it should've been fixed!!
I have the exact same issue. Over the phone support is rubbish as usual. Done exactly the same. My device is an Asus Rog Phone II. Please can Virgin fix this asap? This should have been tested before sending customers 'new sims'
It's an absolute joke, looking at different posts, this has gone on for a few year.............. pathetic!
I'll be going elsewhere if it's not sorted by the weekend!
